Instrumented insemination as a method, tool and means is a new direction in beekeeping of the Republic of Croatia and provides countless possibilities for the development, preservation and retention of positive breed characteristics of the Carniolan gray bee. The benefit of instrumential insemination of the queen cells of Carniolan gray bees in the future will be not only to queen bee breeders, but also to beekeepers and beekeepers who will keep quality and healthy bees that will bring large amounts of honey and pollen and produce a lot of wax. All of course while maintaining the targeted breed traits and on maintaining positive qualities for the work of beekeepers. The introduction of top-notch genetic material is the basis of successful work on the apiary. The desire for quantity over quality is a tribute to failure, and often lead to a decline in productivity and consequently the appearance of the disease. The reason is also the dispersion of time and attention and the quality of work on the apiary. It takes another year of work to select communities that have positive properties and catalogue and maintain them. Of course, investments in tools, equipment, education and banks for storing collected genetic material. Connecting several different institutions in order to develop and progress this branch of agriculture and the livestock sector, which will be more export-oriented with finished products of increased value. All the effort, the investment, the investment will ultimately come back to the benefit of everyone. The most benefits will be given to beekeepers who will have healthy, breeding-rolled animals with which they will be comfortable to work and where there will be a positive economic effect at the end of the beekeeping season. The obtained results have been successful because the instrumental insemination of the queen cells of Carniolan gray bees is the direction in the expansion of the positive genetic potential of the queens of Apis mellifera carnica. Ultimately, it will contribute to increasing the number of bee colonies (beekeepers), reducing winter and summer losses to the higher productivity of beekeepers and their competitiveness in the EU market.
