Abstract
Radom je obuhvaćena obrada rezultata za 129 krava iz dva različita uzgoja, Farma A sa 109 i Farma B sa 20 grla. U istraživanju utjecaja abiotskih čimbenika na zdravstvenu kakvoću kravljeg mlijeka na dvije farme (farma A u Virovitičko – podravskoj županiji i farma B u Koprivničko–križevačkoj županiji) različitog uzgoja i držanja, korišteni su podatci iz godine 2017. i 2018. dobiveni redovitom kontrolom u dva laboratorija, interni laboratorij samokontrole tvornice sira „Sirela“ i laboratorij SLKM u Križevcima. Istraživanje je provedeno s ciljem utvrđivanja kretanja BSS (broja somatskih stanica) i UBB (ukupnog broja bakterija) u mlijeku te istraživanje utjecaja određenih okolišnih čimbenika na oba parametra. Način držanja, veličina stada i vremenske prilike imaju utjecaj na BSS i UBB u mlijeku te mikroklimu staje. Farma A ima veće stado (109 krava) od farme B (20 krava) što rezultira daleko većim BSS i istovremeno većim UBB u mlijeku. Međutim, iako farma B ima nepovoljnije uvjete držanja krava, moguće je da veličina stada u ovom slučaju ima utjecaj na povećanje tih parametara kao stresni čimbenik. Stoga gospodarstvo farme A bi moglo poboljšati upravljačku praksu glede higijene i tehnike mužnje, prilagođeno veličini stada. Istraživanjem mikroklime u obje nastambe, na farmi A i farmi B, može se zaključiti da tip nastambe utječe na mikroklimu i kvalitetu zraka u prostoru staje. Praćenjem analiza vremenskih prilika po godišnjim dobima u godini 2018. od strane DHMZ-a, sezone u kojima je proglašeno kišno razdoblje, na farmi A u zimi (280 004) i na farmi B u jeseni (195 009), imaju najviši BSS. Međusobnom usporedbom rezultata, nije utvrđen utjecaj metoda laboratorijske analitke iz dvaju različitih laboratorija (SLKM u Križevcima i laboratorij samokontrole tvornice Sirela), na rezultate analitike kakvoće mlijeka.
Abstract (english)
Results for 129 cows from two different farms have been analyzed in this thesis. Farm A with 109 and Farm B with 20 cows. In researching the effect of abiotic factors on the microbiological quality of cows milk on two farms (farm A in Virovitičko-podravska county and farm B in Koprivničko-križevačka county) with different raising and housing conditions, data was used from 2017. and 2018. by regular control in two laboratories, an internal selfcontrol laboratory of „Sirela“ cheese factory and the Central laboratory for milk control in Križevci. Research was conducted with the aim of determining the trend of SCC (somatic cell count) and TB(Total bacteria) in milk as well as resarching the effect of certain enviromental factors on both parameters. Housing conditions, herd size and climate all have influence on the stable microclimate as well as on SCC and TB. Farm A has a larger herd (109 cows) then farm B (20 cows) which results in both a higher SCC and TB. Even though farm B has worse housing conditions for the cows, it is possible that herd size in this case has an influence on the higher SCC and TB count as a stress factor. As a result farm A could improve its general hygiene along with its milking technique to better adjust it for the herd size. By researching the microclimate of both farms, it is clear that the type of cow housing has an effect on the microclimate and air quality in the stable. Both farms have the highest TB in their most rainy season according to the weather data in 2018 from the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service, farm A in winter (280 004) and farm B in fall (195 009). Comparing results from the two laboratories shows no effect of analysis methods of the two laboratories on results of milk testing.
