Abstract
Zadnjih desetljeća u Hrvatskoj je sve veći porast osoba koje se bave pčelarstvom, pa tako raste potreba pčelara za pozitivnim poslovanjem u sektoru obiteljskog pčelarstva. Poslovni projekt nam pomaže kako bi uvidjeli sve prednosti i nedostatke pri poslovanju određenog poslovnog poduhvata. Pri izradi poslovnog plana razrađujemo sve mogućnosti vezane za neku poslovnu ideju proširenja postojećeg poslovanja. Najvažnije odrednice poslovnog plana su financijska izvješća, SWOT analiza i marketing. Račun dobiti i gubitka odmah pokazuje poduzetniku da li ima isplativosti ulaganja u određeni projekt. Ulaganje u poslovni projekt pčelarstva na području grada Bjelovara je izrazito težak i naporan posao. Svaka stavka u pčelarenju je ključna za pozitivno poslovanje, bilo da se radi o samom pčelarenju, marketing, zakonima, troškovima opreme ili nekim drugim karakteristikama pčelarenja. Jedan od glavnih ciljeva završnoga rada je prikazati kako se prilikom napornog rada pčelarenja, dobrog marketinga i pametnoga ulaganja može se ostvariti zadovoljavajuća dobit od prodaje meda na području grada Bjelovara i šire.
Abstract (english)
In recent decades, there has been an increasing number of people engaged in beekeeping in Croatia, and so has the need for beekeepers for positive business in the family beekeeping sector. A business project helps us to see all the advantages and disadvantages of doing business in a particular business venture. When creating a business plan, we work out all the possibilities related to a business idea of expanding the existing business. The most important determinants of a business plan are financial statements, SWOT analysis and marketing. The profit and loss account immediately shows the entrepreneur whether it is profitable to invest in a particular project. Investing in a beekeeping business project in the area of the city of Bjelovar is an extremely difficult and arduous job. Every item in beekeeping is key to positive business, whether it is beekeeping itself, marketing, laws, equipment costs or some other characteristics of beekeeping. One of the main goals of the final work is to show how hard work of beekeeping, good marketing and smart investment can make good money from the sale of honey in the city of Bjelovar.
