Abstract
U ovom radu istražili smo kliničku sliku, način širenja tuberkuloze, provođenje i postupak tuberkulinizacije te dijagnostiku. Zdravstveni status goveda na području rada Veterinarske ambulante Dugo Selo kontrolirana je tuberkulinskim testom pri čemu je bovin tuberkulin apliciran intrakutano. Rezultate koje smo dobili tijekom dijagnostičkog ispitivanja na području rada Vetrinarske ambulante Dugo Selo, pokazali su nam kako niti jedna životinja nije bila zaražena tuberkulozom te su sva goveda imala negativan rezultat. Otkrivanje tuberkuloze u Republici Hrvatskoj provodi se redovitom tuberkulinizacijom goveda koja se izvodi intrakutanim testom iz kojeg možemo dobiti tri različite reakcije (negativnu, sumnjivu i pozitivnu).
